General Information

Just opposite Villa Cametti the Balduina Apartments consist of comfortable furnished flats with services, on  4 floors of this building. These flats have all; a living room, an equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub. Upon request, it is possible to add a single bed in the living room, so as to accommodate a fifth person.

All possible services to meet our guests’ needs are available near the Residence; there are restaurants, pizzerias, pubs car parking areas, banks post offices, pharmacies, churches, gyms. They are all at a walking distance, just like the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Transport facilities are also very close , like the A Metro line station called “Cipro –Musei Vaticani” , which is at 800 meters, the FM3 station at 200 meters and, finally, the bus stop with buses running 24 hours: N° 913 (24 hrs), 907, 990, 991, 999, 99

Terms & Conditions

Daily Offer (from 1 to 6 nights )

• We will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is
  only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay at Check-in
• No Penalty if cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
  charged.
• If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show: the daily price every 3 nights reserved will be charged.

Weekly Offer (from 7 to 27 nights)

• Deposit Payment of 20% of the total cost of your stay is required by Bank
  Transfer or Credit Card, the remainder is to be paid on arrival.
• No Penalty if cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
  charged.
• If cancelled later, the 30% of the total reservation price will be charged.
• In case of no-show: the 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Monthly Offer (from 28 to 99 nights)

• Deposit Payment of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required by Bank
  Transfer or Credit Card, the remainder is to be paid on arrival.
• No Penalty if cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
  charged.
• If cancelled later, the 30% of the total reservation price will be charged.
• In case of no-show: the 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Check-in Check-out

• Check in between 14.00 and 20.00. Any changes must be reported in advance,
  you can check in up to 22 hours.
• Check in after 22.00 we need a majority in the unit cost of 25 euros. We
  consider no-show the late arrival if not notified in advance.
• Check out must be made within hours 10.30

Child policy

•  Children under five years old stay free of charge. There is a maximum
occupancy of 2 children per apartment. Cots are available free of charge on request.

Important:

•  All Special Offers refer to the homepage of our promotions refer to their condition.

•  The confirmation of the reservation, for special offering, packages or long stays
(from 7 to 30 days) is subject to the payment of the credit transfer through bank
of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.

•  After the verification of the payment, we will send the voucher of confirmation,
with the Time limit of seven days before the arrival.

•  Extra payments and damages will be done by customer.

•  For short stays (from 1 to 6 days) we suggest the payment through credit card.

Cancellation:

•  If you wish to cancel your booking, go to secure page My Booking
click on reservation code to enter, and click on the "Cancel Reservation" button.

•  If you cancel your booking within the cancellation limit you will not be required
to pay anything. If not, your credit card could be debited with a penalty fee.
